One-of-a-kind wood-fired vase, made out of high fire stoneware clay.
This piece is a part of a wood fired collection that was in the kiln, fired with hard wood over 3 days then cooling down a couple of days.
The piece is glazed only inside, all that beautiful effect you see outside it’s all magic of the fire, ashes and reaction of clay to it. No glaze outside whatsoever. This part always fascinates me and makes each piece so special. You can never repeat or predict the results, and leave it to the fire. Some time it works beautifully, sometime not at all. But when it does - you feel in love with it.
